Cannabidiol (CBD)

Cannabidiol isolate (CBD) is a non-neuropsychoactive ingredient derived from industrial hemp (not from marijuana – you won’t get high) that works to reduce pain and inflammation as well as help manage anxiety and stress. CBD affects the endocannabinoid system which regulates functions in the central nervous system like responding to pain, fighting inflammation and managing the immune system.

Massage

Our popular CBD massage protocol is for a 75 or 90 minute full body custom pain management massage that incorporates techniques like acupressure, myofascial release and targeted stretching intended to relieve muscle and joint pain. CBD Cream is applied at up to two (2) areas on the body to maximize absorption into those specific tissues.

Bath

A luxurious 20 minute full body warm soak in our private copper tub includes a specially formulated CBD bath bomb. The treatment is designed to relax your mind and body to prepare you for your massage.

Foot Soak

This relaxing hydrotherapy treatment immerses your feet in a bowl of CBD-infused warm water to focus the pain-relieving and inflammation-reducing properties of CBD on your sore, aching feet.
